These installations were in <br />accordance with approved drawings (including detail 1/S4, etc.). Crew installed 12 total 3/" diameter <br />anchor bolts (4 per column baseplate into top of slab on grad� at 3 WF W14x63 columns at grids <br />M/2, N/5 and N/5 per S2).
