The report <br /> addresses the trip generation, distribution, and mitigation requirements identified for the <br /> proposed site development per our discussions with you at several recent rneetings. The <br /> mitigadon discussion summarizes the proportionate share of the City of Evereit's <br /> transportation improvement projects within the study area. <br /> Proposed Site Development and Access <br /> The proposed Mukilteo School District Central Facilities Complex includes an estimated <br /> 37,000 squaze feet of gross floor azea for the District's transportation, maintenance, and <br /> kitchen services employees and operations. The site is located south of Kasch Park <br /> Roadway and east of AirpoR Road adjacent to Community Transit headquarters and the <br /> Sno-Isle Skills Center. Two access driveways along Kas�h Park Roadway are p(anned for <br /> the project site. Each planned access driveway would ,alow for inbound and outbound <br /> traffic.
