The Tulalip pipeline project is divided into 8 pipe segments with numbering running <br /> from south to north. Segments 3 through 8 of the pipeline are expected to be complete by October 2013. This <br /> pipeline will be connected to the Everett water system, but will only have a maximum supply capacity of <br /> approximately 1 Mgpd. The full 36-Mgpd pipeline capacity will not be available until pipeline Segments 1 and 2 <br /> are installed. The schedule for completion of Segments 1 and 2 is not yet determined. Until Segments 1 and 2 of <br /> the pipeline are completed the total water available to the Tulalip water system is: <br /> • 3.46 Mgpd via Marysville connection(agreement expires 2020). <br /> • 1.0 Mgpd from the portion of the Tulalip Water Pipeline to be connected in October 2013. <br /> • 0.83 Mgpd from the Tulalip water wells(should the Tribe choose to operate these wells). <br /> To visually show how the water supply quantities compare to the estimated demand projections shown earlier,the <br /> above supply limits are shown with the 5-percent and 7-percent flow projections on Figure 2-4. <br /> The Tulalip Tribes 216-1598-057(01) <br /> Tulalip Water Demand Projections Compared to Water Supply 6 August 14,2013 <br /> Options <br />
