I really apprcciate any help you can give us. We are tiying to make this a clean home for a nice family, in a good neighborhood. Again, we are trying to do the right thing here and really feel like we need any help you can provide us on taking an existing well to do home that was neglected and make it something safe for the immediate neighbors and the community as a whole. Attached are the 1/8 scale drawings that took me almost 4 hours to produce and i feel would be sufficient for any contractor for this project. Im happy to meet you or any inspector out there to show the home to and you will see what we are doing is very rudiment. W� are all and use all licensed, insured and competent contractors and intend to work in safe manner with no injuries or bad pra��tices. Qelow is the scope of wor�:.
