Strap water heater with earthquake�ps � <br />Install new windows (same size) throughout, since someone has either drilled through exisiting vinyl windows <br />or have failed glazing. Install tempered where required per code <br />Clean exisitng then install new roof over existing and ensure all proper flashing prior to work start <br />Full rewire (required by Mike since previous owners vandalized the wiring material by stripping out) <br />New �lectric panel (permit already pulled, work approved and done) <br />New meter base (approved.) <br />Drywall retexture throughout. The people living here were pigs and drew or wrote something in a heavy texture <br />on almost every wall <br />New vinyl floating floor at: kitchen and entry area <br />New carpet everywhere else <br />New prehung doors to replace existing prehung doors <br />New milwork, base moulding, door legs and header trim <br />New Bathtubs to replace nasty old ones <br />New sheet vinyl in bathrooms <br />New paint (inside and out) <br />New �/4 bathubs at both bathrooms <br />New kitchen and bathroorri cabinets with formica or similar counter <br />New faucets at both bathrooms and kitchen sink <br />New garbage disposal to replace old one <br />Clean up existing landsca��e by sod cutting and installing new sod <br />Beauty park on permiter o.Fhouse but below siding <br />Paint existing chain link fence <br />Installation of carbon dioxide and smoke alarms to new code requirements <br />Clean crawlspacc of any d��bris and relayer visqueen if required <br />NONE OF THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES WILL TAKE PLACE <br />Rough in plumbing <br />Structural changes <br />Fraining changes (non-structural) <br />Addition of iinpervious surlace <br />Import or export of material other 5-10 yards top soil or beauty bark <br />Kough Plumbing <br />Rough Mecllanical <br />I really feel that this is a dcsk permit application and we could be done with this project is 3-4 working weeks.
