JRP ENGINEERING, INC. NARRATIVE P�v 11A\� -04, Z CONSTRUCTION STOR.MWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN Fire Damage Repairs Building 4 Beverly Village Apartments 801 — 75th Street S.E. Everett, Washington November 7, 2014 This narrative provides recommendations for temporary erosion control measures to be implemented during the repair construction to Building 4 at the Beverly Village Apartments resulting from a fire that occurred on July 20, 2014. This narrative also provides measures for restoring landscaping and lawn areas at the site around the building to the condition that existed prior to the fire. This narrative was prepared in conjunction with a Site Plan Drawing that shows the temporary erosion control measures recommended to be implemented during the course of the repair project and the recommended repairs to landscaping, shrubbery and lawns that currently exist around the building so as to restore the site to the condition that existed prior to the fire. The fire destroyed the roof of the building and heavily damaged siding in the northerly portion of the building. Water used to extinguish the fire also damaged the interiors of all of the apartment units. The repair project for Building 4 generally consists of the following: 1. The entire roof structure will be removed and properly disposed of. 2. All interior gypsum wallboard throughout the building will be removed and properly disposed of. 3. All appliances and cabinetry will be removed and replaced. 4. The siding and windows in the north portion of the building will be removed along with all wall sheathing. Isolated fire damaged framing will be removed and replaced, 5.
