The current zoning code <br />requires a minimum of one stall per 600 sq�are feet of gross building square. With the <br />planned additional 35,000 square feet, the applicant must provide an addit'sonal 52 <br />parking stalls. According to the applicant, the new building addition will have a maximum <br />of five (5) employees.
