� <br />� <br />8. Egress windows shall have a sill height of not more than 44" measured from the fnished <br />floor to the bottom of the clear opening (section R310.1 IRC). <br />9. Provide lateral analysis for wind and seismic loading prepared by a licensed WA State <br />Engineer. All braced wall panels shall be clearly marked on the plans. <br />10. All sheets in the plan set shall be the same size and numbered sequentially. <br />11.
