Our services included providing onsite <br />observations and testing on a part-time from Ap�il 2S, 2015 to January 8, 2016. Our <br />representatives made five site visits to observe or test building foundation subgrade, building <br />slab backfill, and pervious pavement preparation. <br />Our representative observed building foundation subgrade to be dense and suitable for support <br />af the proposed structure. <br />Our representative conducted eight field density tests in accordance with ASTM Test <br />Designation D2922 (Nuclear Gauge Method). Two representative soil samples were returned <br />to our laboratory for analysis of #he maximum dry density and optimum maisture content in <br />accordance with ASTM D1557-02 (Modified Proctor}. Density test results indicate adequate <br />compaction of at least 95 percent at the tested locations of the building slab backfill. <br />Our representative observed the contractor prepare the driveway for pervious pavement <br />according to the specification in the designed plans.
