Our services included providing onsite <br />observations and testing on a part-time from April 28, 2015 to ,lanuary 8, 2016. O�cr <br />representatives made five site visits to observe or test building foundation subgrade, building <br />slab backfill, and pervious pavemenfi preparation. <br />Our representative observed building foundation subgrade to be dense and suitable for support <br />of the proposed structure. <br />Our representative conducted eight field density tests in accordance with ASTM Test <br />Designation D2922 (Nuclear Gauge Method). Two representative soil samples were returned <br />to our laboratory for analysis of the maximum dry density and optimum moisture content in <br />accordance with ASTM D1557-02 (Modified Proctor). Density test results indicate adequate <br />compaction of at least 95 percent at the tested locations of the building sfab backfifl. <br />4ur representative observed the contractor prepare the driveway for pervious pavement <br />according to the specification in the designed plans.
