See the <br />enclosed Inspection Activity Report(s). ��ections 105.5 and R105.5 of the International Building <br />Code and International Residential Code state that permits become invalid if the work is not <br />commenced or is suspended or abandoned for more than 180 days. Work under your permits <br />will no longer be authorized unless you: <br />1) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since <br />your last inspection, or <br />2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request for a 180 ciay e�ension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br />It is your responsibility to ensure that permitted work is properly and safely completed, and that <br />ail required inspections are performed. Piease contact us by December 3, 2012 to <br />schedule inspections or request e}:tension. Aiter that time the file will be sent to <br />microfilm without final approval. <br />Please note that we will not be sending repeated letters if after further inspections the permit <br />once again reaches expiration.
