GEOTECHNICAL REPORT PROPOSGD APART�7ENTS lOO2, lOO6, AND lOOB BROAD�VAY STREET EVERE7'T, WASHINGTON 1.0 GENERAL As requested, PanGEO, Inc. is pleased to present this geotechnical report to assist the project team with the design and construction of thc proposed ap�rmtents at 1002, 1006, and 1008 Broadway Street in Eve�-ett Washington. This study was performed in general accordance with our mutually agreed scope of se�vices outlined in our proposal dated January 13, 2015. Our scope of se�vices included reviewing readily available geologic and geotechnical data, drilling tln-ee borings, excavating three hand auger test pits, conducting a site reconnaissance, and evaluating the feasibility of developing the site as planned. 2.0 SITE AND PROJECT DESCRIPTION The subject site comprises three separate tax parcels located at 1002, 1006, and 1008 Broad�vay Street in Everett, Wasliington, appr•oxi�nately as shown on Figure 1, Vicinity Map. Tlie site compriscs a total area of 16,553 square feet. The layout of tlie site is SIlOWII on Figure 2, Site and Exploration Plan. The rectangular-shaped property is bordered to the noi-th by l Oth Street, to the east by Bro�dway Street and a parking lot on the east side of Broldway Street, to the south by a parking lot for Everett Community College, and to the �vest by an alley and single family residenccs on the east side of tlie alley.
