Geotec}mical Report - Revised <br />Proposed Apartments: ]002, 1006, and 1008 Broadway Street, Everett, Washington <br />May 12, 2015 <br />The site is relatively flat, sloping down gently fcom the southwest to the northeast, with <br />about 10 fcet of elev�tion chan�;e across the site. The site contains existing residences <br />and appurtenant structures, and is vegetated with lawns, U�ees and landscaping sh�ubs. <br />The existing residence will be demolished to make way for the proposed development. <br />Platcs 1 and 2(pi•evious page and above) illusU•ate tlie general site conditions. <br />We understand it is planned to develop the site with a six-story, 120-unit aparttnent <br />building. The building will consist of iive levels of wood-frame construction over a <br />grouiid level concrete podium. <br />The ground level of tlie building will have a finished floor elevation of 119 feet. Wc <br />estimate cuts of two to nine fcet �vill be needed to achieve construction suUgradc <br />elevations. The excavation will extend to within five feet of the sout}i property line, 25 <br />feet of the west property line, 17 feet of the north property line, and 2 feet of the east <br />property line. The conclusions and recommendations in this report are based on ow• <br />undei•standi�Ig of the proposed development, which is in tw�� based on ttie project <br />info�7nation provided. If the above project description is incon-ect, or the project <br />info�7nation changes, we should be consulted to review the recommendations contained <br />in this study and make modifications, if needed.
