<br />1.0 GENERAL
<br />As requested, PanGEO, Inc. is pleased to present this geotechnical report to assist the
<br />project team with the design and construction of the proposed apartments at 1002, 1006,
<br />and 1008 Broadway Street in Everett Washington. This shidy was performed in general
<br />accordance with our mutually agreed scope of services outlined in our proposal dated
<br />Januaiy l3, 2015. Our scope of services included reviewing readily available geologic
<br />and geotechnical data, drilling three borings, excavating three hand auger test pits,
<br />conducting a site reconnaissance, and evaluating the feasibility of developing the site as
<br />planned.
<br />2.0 SITE AND PROJECT DESCRIPTION
<br />The subject site comprises three separate tax parcels located at 1002, 1006, and 1008
<br />Broadway Street in Everett, Washington, approximately as shown on Figure 1, Vicinity
<br />Map. The site comprises a total area of 16,553 square feet. The layout of the site is
<br />shown on Pigure 2, Site and Exploration Plan. The rectangular-shaped property is
<br />bordered to t11e nortl� by lOth Street, to the east by Broadway St�•eet and a parking lot on
<br />the east side of Broadway Street, to the south by a parking lot for �verett Community
<br />College, and to the west by an alley and siilgle family residences on the east side of the
<br />alley.
