Please provide structural calculations to verify the bearing wall schedule. <br />Mechanical <br />1. Ventilation is required in the laundry room. <br />Accessibility <br />1. An exterior area for assisted rescue is required between the south exit and the public way. IBC <br />1007.7. <br />Z. If the south stairway is to be used as an entrance, an additional accessible entrance to the <br />building would be required by IBC 1105.1. <br />3. The number of accessible dwelling units required by IBC 1107.6.2.Z.1 is 7. <br />4. The unit types on sheet A2.07 do not match up with the unit types on the floor plans. <br />5. The information on sheet A7.01 does not address "accessible dwelling units" (type A dwelling <br />rooms are not the same thing). <br />6.
