November 16, 2016 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Roberts, Franklin, and Tuohy who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> President Murphy provided a liaison report for the Snohomish Health <br /> District and the financial deficits the Health District is facing. He provided <br /> an overview of the current lack of funding and an update from other cities <br /> and Snohomish County, who have confirmed a per capita contribution. He <br /> requested concurrence to support the Snohomish Health District. <br /> Mayor Stephanson stated that because there is a contingency in the 2017 <br /> budget, a budget amendment would not be needed however, Council <br /> concurrence is required. <br /> City Attorney Iles stated that while not necessary, Council could put this to <br /> a motion for concurrence. <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to support a per capita of $1 to the Snohomish Health District <br /> for 2017. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Roberts, Franklin, and Tuohy who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles had no comments. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> J.T.
