ARTICLE 11 - SALARY SCHEDULE <br /> 11.1 2017 Salary Schedule. <br /> 11.1.1 Effective January 1, 2017, the 2016 salary schedule for EPMA shall be increased by <br /> 1.8%. <br /> Classification Range <br /> Title No. <br /> Lieutenant 03-013 11,020 <br /> Captain 03-014 11,844 <br /> 11.5 Longevity. <br /> 11.5.1 Longevity will be based upon time in the EPMA bargaining unit. <br /> After the completion of 2 years: $ 50.00 per month <br /> After the completion of 4 years: $100.00 per month <br /> After the completion of 6 years: $150.00 per month <br /> After the completion of 8 years: $200.00 per month <br /> 11.6 Deferred Compensation. <br /> 11.6.1 Effective July 1, 2015, the City will match contributions made by Association <br /> members into the City-sponsored Section 457 Deferred Compensation Program. <br /> The maximum City contribution shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) monthly. <br /> The City's match shall be paid up to sixty nine dollars and twenty three cents <br /> ($69.23) bi-weekly. The Association members may choose to contribute additional <br /> amounts to the foregoing Section 457 Deferred Compensation Program, up to the <br /> amount allowed by the applicable IRS rules (provided, however, that the City's <br /> matching obligation shall be limited to the amount previously set forth in this Section <br /> 11.6.1). <br /> EVERETT POLICE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION <br /> PAGE 15 <br />
