ARTICLE 22 - SENIORITY LIST AND ANNIVERSARY DATE <br /> 22.1 General. <br /> 22.1.1 The City shall keep an up-to-date seniority roster. Any objections to the seniority <br /> list as posted shall be reported by EPMA to the City. The anniversary date shall be <br /> the date of the appointment. If an employee is promoted, the promotion date <br /> becomes the anniversary date.
