Final Technical Memorandum, addressing the City's review comments as appropriate, to <br /> be delivered electronically via e-mail in Word and PDF file formats. <br /> OPTIONAL TASK 500: Assist with Tools and Public Outreach <br /> Materials <br /> Objective <br /> If authorized by the City in writing, this task would include assisting the City in developing tools <br /> and public outreach and education materials, which may include informational brochures, <br /> Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), fact sheets, checklists, or similar tools and public outreach <br /> educational pieces. <br /> Consultant Services (If Authorized) <br /> 1.
