2. Agree on list of internal and external stakeholders to be targeted for any tools or <br /> materials to be developed in this task. <br /> 3. Review and provide comments on technical tools and materials provided by the <br /> Consultant for incorporation into final materials. <br /> 4. Produce the agreed upon materials, with technical content provided by the Consultant. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. A comprehensive list of tools and materials to be developed, as well as target audiences <br /> for those tools and materials, will be agreed upon with the City in writing prior to <br /> commencing development of any such tools or materials in this task. <br /> 2. Internal stakeholders may include elected City officials and staff from City Streets, Parks <br /> and Recreation, Utility Services, and Fire departments, among others. <br /> 3. External stakeholders may include chambers of commerce, homebuilders associations, <br /> and third party environmental groups, among others. <br /> 4. The City will be responsible for producing and distributing tools and materials to the <br /> public and responding to public comments received. <br /> 5. A maximum of up to 24 labor hours of Consultant support for developing draft and final <br /> materials was assumed in preparing the budget for this task. The budget for this task <br /> does not include time or expenses associated with production of materials nor printing, <br /> mailing, or otherwise distributing the materials. <br /> Deliverables (If Authorized) <br /> 1. Draft and final tools and materials, as agreed upon with the City. <br /> OPTIONAL Task 600: Provide Training <br /> Objective <br /> If authorized by the City in writing, this task would include training for internal and external <br /> stakeholders to educate attendees on the new permit requirements, updates made to the <br /> SWMM to meet the new permit requirements, and how to use the updated manual for planning, <br /> design, installation, and maintenance of stormwater infrastructure in the City. <br /> Consultant Services (If Authorized) <br /> 1. Develop draft and final training materials in PowerPoint. <br /> 2. Conduct two (2) training workshops, up to 1.5-hours-long each, for up to thirty (30) <br /> participants, to be invited by the City. <br /> City Responsibilities <br /> 1. Agree on specific objectives of the training workshops, intended audience(s), and <br /> specific topics to be covered in each workshop. <br /> City of Everett:2016/17 LID Code and NPDES Technical Support 7 <br />
