Lighting controls and fixtures should be shown to comply with WSEC section C101.4.3.1. <br />Please add scoping notes to the drawings for occupancy sensors, manual controls, and <br />other lighting controls required by WSEC C405. <br />All codes cited refer to the 2012 International Building Code (IBC), the 2012 International Fire <br />Code (IFC), the 2012 International Mechanical Code (IMC), and the 2012 Washington State <br />Energy Code (WSEC), as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the City of <br />Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for accessible design is the 2009 "Accessible and <br />Usable Buildings and Facilities" (ICC/ANSI A117.1). Federal ADA regulations and standards may be <br />more restrictive. These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions <br />may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Traffic, Planning or Fire).
