The following <br />information is needed prior to further plan review. <br />1. The floor plan submitted lacks an identifiable scale. The floor plan must be drawn to scale <br />2. The floor plan submitted appears to show only the exiting location of two sinks and does not show <br />the proposed changes to the establishment. The floor plan must include the proposed changes to <br />the establishment. <br />3. Only two sinks are shown on the floor plan. No other equipment or sinks are included on the floor <br />plan. All other sinks and equipmer,t mw�st be ;ncluded on the floor plan. <br />4. Submit a revised floor plan, drawn to scale, showing location of all eauipment, plumbin4 fixtures <br />and the like, including the proposed changes. The scale of the drawing must be no smaller than %< <br />inch equals 1 foot.
