7. Provide egress window size in Bedroom(s); <br />- 24" Min. net clear opening height <br />- 20" Min. net clear opening width <br />- 5.7 SQ. Ft. net ciear opening area <br />- 44" Max height to bottom of the opening above the finished floor <br />8. Provide porch/ landing and step(s) at front door and rear door (if applicable). <br />9. Specify framing around perimeter of structure to prevent entrance of rodents and small <br />animals and to provide ventilation for floor framing in the crawl space. <br />10. All framing cavities in exterior walls that are exposed during repairs are required to be <br />insulated to the maximum depth of the framing cavity. (R-15 in 2x4's). <br />11. Specify attic ventilation size quantiry and location provide minimum 1 square foot net <br />clear ventilation for each 150 square feet of attic area. <br />12. Attic is required to be insulated to minimum R-49. The floor is required to be insulated <br />to the maximum depth of the floor joists. 2012 WA State Energy Code. <br />13. Provide 6 mil, black vapor barrier in crawl space. Lap edges 12". Provide note on plans. <br />NOTE: This is not intended to be an itemized list of all repairs required to make this <br />structure a legal, complying dwelling.
