Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />(2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br />Stafie of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br />City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested, along with a reduced set of plans no larger than 11" x 17". <br />1. The application as submitted does not clearly define the scope of the work to be <br />performed. <br />2. Specify what work is being done to the roof, for example: tear ofF existing roofing, <br />replace sheathing, new sheathing over existing skip sheathing, new 15# builders felt <br />new asphalt composition roofing. (indicate if any roof rafters are being repaired and/ or <br />replaced) <br />3. Specify U-value (energy efficiency) of all new door(s) and window(s). <br />4. Provide floor plan (1/4" = 1'-0" scale) showing the use of all spaces i.e. Living Room, <br />Kitchen, Dining Room, Bedroom, Bathroom etc. <br />5. Provide smoke alarms per R314 International Residential Code (IRC) show on floor plan. <br />6. Provide source specific ventilation; exhaust fans, Kitchen 100 CFM (may be in range <br />hood vented to the exterior).
