Your <br />comments are in italics and our responses follow in bold. <br />General <br />1, T."he drawings should include the information requested in thepre�ious <br />,. i_r,�comnlete submittal letter under the 'Occupancy'section. <br />a. A0.1 indicates that sprinklers and alarm re�isions are deferred submittals, <br />but sheet A1.2 indicates that sprinklers and alarm systems are not <br />prouided. <br />SABA Response: A0.1 has been has been modified there will be no future <br />submittals for Sprinklers or Fire alarms, as stated on A1.2 <br />sprinklers and fire alarm are not provided. <br />� Z. The response letter should indicate if a new certificate of occupancy is <br />requested. <br />SABA Response: A new certificate of occupancy is not being requested. <br />Occupancy <br />1. The maximum occupant loads shown are larger than the originally permitted <br />�' building occupant load of 858. <br />a. Increased occupant loads shown on A1.2 would trigger the requirement <br />for sprinklers and a detection system, per IBC sections 903.2.1.3 and <br />907.2.1.1. <br />SABA Response: Occupancy calculations have been provided on sheet <br />A1.2 the occupant load is less than 858. The occupants are <br />shown in the rooms the occupants shown in the corridors were <br />aggregate of the building occupants shown as they exit the <br />building not additional occupants.
