(EXCEPTION) THE ROOFING SUBCONTRACTOR SHALL <br />FURNISH A MAWTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR ALL WORK DONE, COSIGNED <br />BY THE GENERAL CONTR4CTOR, TO MAWTAIN THE ROORNG IN A <br />WATERTIGHT CONDITION FOR A PERIOD OF TWO (2) YEARS STARTING <br />AFTER THE DATE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT, <br />UNLESS OTHERW6E WRITTEY W THE CONTR4CT BEfWEEN THE OWNER <br />AND THE CONTRACTOR. <br />59. ALL ANTENNAS MOUNTED ON ROOF SUPPORT FRAMES TO BE PROVIDED <br />BY TOWER NEfWORK CARPoER COMMUNICATIONS. <br />64. CONTR4CTOR TO PROVIDE TRENCH AS REQUIRED TO INSTALL BOTH <br />ELECTRICAL AND TELEPHONE UNDERGROUND CONDWTS (�'40 PVC) PER <br />S.C.E. WORKORDER. BACKRLL WITH CLEAN SAND AND COMPACT TO THE <br />SATISFACTION OF THE DISTRICTS INSPECTOR. REPLACE FINISH GRADE <br />WITH MATCHING MAiERIALS (GRA55, ASPHALT, CONCREfE, ETC.) <br />65. CONTR4CTOR TO PROVIDE HEAVY STEEL PLATES AT OPEN TRENCHES <br />POR SAFEfY AND TO PROTECT EXISTING GROUND SURFACES FROM <br />HEAW EQl11PMENT UTILIZED DURING CONSTRUCTION. <br />66. CONTRACTOR TO PATCH AN� REPAIR ALL GROUND SURFACES WITHIN <br />THE CONSTRUCTION AREA AS NECESSARY TO PROVIDE A UNIFORM <br />SURFACE AND MAINTAIN E%ISTING SURFACE DRAINAGE SLOPES. <br />fi7.
