Our services included providing onsite <br />observations and testing on a part-time from June 23, to January 8, 2016. Our representatives <br />made five site visits to observe or test building foundation subgrade, building slab backfill, and <br />pervious pavement preparation. <br />Our representative observed building foundation subgrade fio be dense and suitable for support <br />of the proposed structure. <br />Our representative conducted two field density tests in accordance with ASTM Test <br />Designation D2922 (Nuclear Gauge Method). One represcntative soil samples were returned <br />to our laboratory for analysis of the maximum dry density and optimum moisture content in <br />accordance with RSTM D1557-02 (Modified Proctor). Density test results indicate adequate <br />compaction of at least 95 percent at the tested locations of the building slab backfill. <br />Our representative observed the contractor prepare the driveway for peniious pavement <br />according to the specification in the designed plans.
