Our representatives
made four site visits to observe and test the building foundation subgrade.
Our representative observed building foundation subgrade to be dense and suitable for suppork
of the proposed structure.
Our representative conducted four field density tests in accordance with ASTM Test
Designatian D2922 (Nuclear Gauge Method). One representative soil sample was returned to
our laboratory for analysis of the maximum dry density and optimum moisture content in
accordance with ASTM D1557-02 (Modified Proctor). Density test results indicate adequate
compaction o€ at least 95 percent at the tested locations of the building slab backfill.
Based on our observations and testing, the earthwork construction was accomplished in
accordance with the project plans and our geatechnical recommendations.
18O5 - 1"i(ith ('Iie N.E, uitr. ZU1 • helle•ue, Vt/A 9ti(705 "(42:i) 44'-=:70''- • FAX (25) 449-?711
Ll
