Please show or scope additional lighting controls on the drawings, per WSEC C405.2.2. <br />Deferred Permits Requiring Drawings <br />1. Tenant improvement, mechanical, sign, and suppression permits should be submitted as <br />separate permit applications. <br />a. Future toilet room(s) exhaust requirements are minimum either 50 CFM <br />continuous, or 70 CFM intermittent, per IMC table 403.3. <br />Applicable codes include the 2012 International Building Code (IBC), the 2012 International Fire <br />Code (IFC), the 2012 International Mechanical Code (IMC), the 2012 Washington State Energy <br />Code (WSEC), as amended by the by the State of Washington and adopted by the City of <br />Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for accessible design is the Accessible and Usable <br />Buildings and Facilities A117.1-2009 (ICC/ANSI). FederalADA regulations and standards may <br />be more restrictive. <br />These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required <br />by other departments (such as Utilities, Traffic, Planning or Fire).
