Plan review will <br />resume when the requested information is submitted. Please review and respond to the <br />comments below. All required submittals must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure <br />that the proposed structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two sets of construction documents which reflect <br />the corrections requested. Please e-mail a complete revised set for shell building <br />revisions only, since you have confirmed that this is not permit for a tenant <br />improvement (no tenant at this time). <br />General <br />1. Please include the mechanical and fire codes in project data on Sheet T1.0. The project <br />data should make reference to a deferred permit for a tenant improvement. <br />2. Please clarify that the scope of work is a modification of the shell building, not a tenant <br />improvement. <br />3. To indicate what is being proposed as new workon this permit, please revise the <br />drawings as follows: <br />a. Please indicate new work with dark lines. Existing work should be indicated as <br />light lines, and demolition work should be indicated with dashed lines. This <br />includes ceilings, wall sections, doors, and any other revision where a building <br />permit is required, per IBC section 105.1. <br />i. New walls (or new portions of walls) should be targeted on the plans to <br />detailed wali sections. <br />b. Since this is not a tenant improvement, parking and occupancy calculations <br />should not be included, nor are overall plans of the building necessary. A small <br />key plan indicating the location of the suite would be helpful to the inspectors. <br />Occupancy <br />1. Please do not include occupancy and parking calculations for a future unknown tenant <br />under this building shell revision. <br />-" �r <br />� <br />
