The items below correspond to your <br />items 1-10. � <br />' r <br />The existing building is currently alarmed and monitored note has been added to sheet 1 <br />� addressing the need for NFPA 72 fire alarm system to be t g ou e s ruc ure — is e as <br />deferred submittal. <br />!� 2. i. The wall along the P.L. as well as the new wing wall that extends 3 feet beyond the entry door <br />has been revised to a 2 hour wall. Notes describing the 2 haur assembly have been added to <br />sheet 3.2. and wall has been marked and clouded in sheets 3.2 and 4.0. <br />ii. Underfloor openings and roof scuppers have been removed from East wall at P.L. <br />iii. The roof overhang has been revised to extend only 3 feet beyond the front door. A 2-hour <br />wing wall extends to the end of the overhang as indicated on floor plan, sheet 3.2. <br />iv. Notes have been added to the building cross section addressing the parapet wall, heights and <br />fire rating per 705.11. <br />v. The building is approximately 10 inches off the property line which should allow for the <br />proposed footing not to encroach. We revised the site plan based on a previous survey provided <br />by ASPI and will be field verified. <br />�3. Soffit space under the stairway has been revised to indicate a one hour assembly. Note and GA <br />file code has been added to floor plan, sheet 3.2 and detail 3-4.0. <br />✓4. Handrails have been revised and notes added to floor plans, sheets 3.2 and 4.1 Note revised on <br />stair detail 3-4.0. <br />.- ' S. Note has been added to foundation plan, sheet 3.0 and to b�ilding section/detail 1/3.0 indicating <br />t.., � <br />that earth should not be excavated below top of footings. <br />� �6. Crawlspace access is gained through an existing access under the South stair landing. Access has <br />been indicated and noted on the foundation plan, sheet 3.0. <br />,� 7. An attic access has been added to South wall on 2�d floor for access to area above bath. Added <br />note and access to floor plan, sheet 4.1. <br />+✓8.
