November 30, 2016 <br /> Agreement with the Washington State Military Department for <br /> updating the Hazard Mitigation plan in the local contribution amount <br /> of $25,000. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1610-45 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE adjusting water, filtration, sewer and storm water <br /> rates as recommended <br /> This item has been pulled from the agenda. <br /> AGREEMENT — EAST GRAND AVENUE SEWER REPLACEMENT & <br /> STORM WATER SEPARATION PROJECT <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council <br /> Member Moore, to authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No. 3 <br /> with KLB Construction, Inc. for the East Grand Avenue Sewer <br /> Replacement & Storm Water Separation Project to reduce the total <br /> contract amount of $1,840 and the addition of twenty eight (28) <br /> working days to the contract time. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — SCREEN HOUSE BRIDGE REPLACEMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services <br /> Agreement with TranTech Engineering, LLC for the Screen House <br /> 391 <br />
