November 30, 2016 <br /> RESOLUTION — HUMAN NEEDS PRIORITIES FOR 2017 GRANT <br /> FUNDING <br /> Council Member Franklin stated that she would like to recuse herself from <br /> any discussion relating to this item. <br /> Council Member Franklin left the council chambers at 7:56 p.m. <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Tuohy, to adopt Resolution No. 7055 establishing Human Needs <br /> Priorities for 2017 Grant funding. <br /> Ari Kohler, Everett, spoke in support of the proposed resolution. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Council Member Franklin returned to the council chambers at 8:00 p.m. <br /> AGREEMENT — STATE-FUNDED INTERPRETING REIMBURSEMENT <br /> PROGRAM <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Tuohy, to authorize the Mayor to sign Interagency Agreement <br /> between the Administrative Office of the Courts and the Everett <br /> Municipal Court to continue participation in the state-funded <br /> interpreting reimbursement program. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried <br /> AGREEMENT — HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Hazard Mitigation Grant <br /> 390 <br />
