2) Submit a Small Parcel Erosion and Sediment Control Plan for removing the fill. The <br />attached pages from the City's Design and Construction Standards and Specifications <br />detail the contents of a Small Parcel Erosion and Sediment Control Plan. <br />3) A Restoration Plan to restore the area to a condition which is equivalent or superior to its <br />prior natural condition is also required to be submitted for review.
