I have reviewed the language <br />provided in the Oct. 13th email written by Dee Hudgins. The Joint Owner Easement appears to meet the needs and <br />address our concerns with regards to access from adjoining residences during a utility emergency. We have instructed our <br />inspectors to allow the passage of utilities through adjoining residences in light of this Joint Ownership Easement. Please <br />have this joint easement incorporated into the CC&R's and insure that the new home owners are aware of the easement. <br />Additionally, if you make changes to the Easement prior to finalizing, please send me a copy to be included in our files.
