You can contact me to <br />discuss this letter by calling 425-257-8813, or by e-mail at mhaley@everettwa.gov <br />A new permit application and two sets of drawings should be submitted within 90 days of the <br />date of this letter, no later than September 1�`', 2015. All required submittals must be of <br />sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed structure will be constructed in <br />compliance with all adopted codes. Dimensions of striping, accessible signage, access aisles, <br />and curb cuts per current code should be shown on the drawings. Please note that federal ADA <br />regulations and standards may be more restrictive. <br />These comments address building issues only.
