Permit Historv Attached site plan indicates that parking lot alterations for accessibility and required parking were required under permit C1205-014, and these alterations have not have been completed, inspected or finaled under that permit. Parking Lot Revisions-Permit Application Required A new parking lot permit application is required to show both accessible and required parking for the building, since permit application C1205-014 has expired.
