Hearing Examiner <br />Following the hearing, the Violations Hearing Examiner may issue an order <br />against the Respondent, even if he/she does not attend the hearing. <br />The Hearing Examiners' Order may: <br />A. Require that the violations be corrected by a specific date; <br />B. Impose a monetary penalty in accordance with Chapter 1.20 EMC; <br />C. Authorize the City to enter the property, correct the violations and to <br />assess the costs of the corrections, as permitted by law. <br />A copy of the City's Proposed Hearing Examiner Order will be available to pick up at <br />the Police Department Records Unit counter located on the first floor at 3002 <br />Wetmore Avenue after 2pm, on the day before the hearing.
