Corrective Action, Deadline If the Respondents complete the following corrective action by the date listed below, and are not repeat violators, the respondents may enter into an agreed order as described in Section 7 below. a. Contact the City of Everett Building Division at 3200 Cedar Street, 2�d floor to obtain all necessary permits and approvals to establish a legal use and occupancy of the structures on the property. All necessary permits and approvals must be obtained, all necessary work must be completed and final inspection approval obtained from the City of Everett Building Division staff within 180 days from the date of the hearing or by March 17, 2016. b. The structures must remain vacant and unoccupied until the building division staff approves it for occupancy. c. The corrective actions must be completed by t�iarch 1�, �016. 6. Agreed Order If the respondent is not a Repeat Violator (see Paragraph 1) and has completed the minimum corrective action described in this citation, he/she is eligible to enter into an agreed order with the city. The agreed order means that the city agrees that it will not take further action against the respondent regarding the violations described in this citation as long as there are no further nuisance- related EMC violations for the two-year period following the date of the order. If the Respondent is eligible to enter into an agreed order with the city, and siQns the agreed order� the Respondent is no longer required to a�pear at the hearing set forth in Paragraph 6. The Code Officer listed below must be contacted to schedule an inspection of the property if the Respondent wishes to applv for an agreed order.
