� <br />5. Corrective Action, Deadline <br />If the Respondents complete the following corrective action by the date listed <br />below, and are not repeat violators, the respondents may enter into an agreed <br />order as described in Section 7 below. <br />a. Contact the City of Everett Building Division at 3200 Cedar Street, 2�d floor <br />to obtain all necessary permits and approvals to establish a legal use and <br />occupancy of the structures on the property. All necessary permits and <br />approvals must be obtained, all necessary work must be completed and <br />final inspection approval obtained from the City of Everett Building <br />Division staff within 180 days from the date of the hearing or by March <br />17, 2016. <br />b. The structures must remain vacant and unoccupied until the building <br />division staff approves it for occupancy. <br />c. The corrective actions must be completed by t�iarch 1�, �016. <br />6. Hearing Date, Time & Location <br />Unless Respondent has entered into a stipulated agreement in accordance with <br />Section 7, a hearing before the Violations Hearing Examiner will be held on: <br />HEARING DATE: Thursday, November 19, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. <br />LOCATION: City of Everett Violations Hearing Room <br />Wall Street Building, Suite #8-C <br />2930 Wetmore Avenue <br />Everett, Washington 98201 <br />7. Agreed Order <br />If the respondent is not a Repeat Violator (see Paragraph 1) and has completed <br />the minimum corrective action described in this citation, he/she is eligible to <br />enter into an agreed order with the city. The agreed order means that the city <br />agrees that it will not take further action against the respondent regarding the <br />violations described in this citation as long as there are no further nuisance- <br />related EMC violations for the two-year period following the date of the order. <br />If the Respondent is eligible to enter into an agreed order with the city, and <br />siQns the agreed order� the Respondent is no longer required to a�pear at the <br />hearing set forth in Paragraph 6.
