The site will be monitored according to conditions S.4.0 of the Construction Stonilwater peiYnit. <br />The site is greater than 5 acres in size, but tllere is no usage of concrete at the site. Therefore <br />according to table 3(in permit, page 10) the site will be monitored weekly for turbidity when <br />discharge occurs. The sample will be taken and analyzed using an approved inethod or an <br />accredited lab. The benchmark standard for turbidity is less than 25 NTU. Measurements of <br />turbidity greater tl�an 25 NTU's will h•igger appi•opriate reportinb and response as outlined in <br />section S.S.G. The sampling location (S 1) is identified in thc site diagram. <br />G: Compliance Reportin� <br />In the event that a stormwater discharge is discovered that is not in compliance with <br />the effluent limits, the event will be reported to Ecology in accordance with General <br />Permit condition SS.F. <br />H. Plan Update <br />This Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan will be updated if CalPortland discovers that <br />there are any changes in design or operation of the facility that affect stormwater <br />discharges or the information in this plan. <br />Record keeping <br />CalPortland maintains a current copy of the General Permit (including the Notice of <br />Intent), the Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, the Emergency Spill Response Plan, <br />and this Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan at the CalPortland regional office in <br />Seattle. <br />A DMR will be sub�nitted to Ecolo�y monthly to Ecology by tlle 15`�' of each �nonth. In the <br />event that discharge does not occur, the torm will be marked ND for no discharge.
