10. Control de-watering: Not applicable on this project <br />11. Maintain the BMP's: The site will be attended on a daily basis by an <br />operations crew. The operations lead is trained on the existing BMP's at the <br />site and how to maintain these. Furthermore, the CESCL will inspect the BMP's <br />and make any necessary repairs or modifications. <br />12. Manage the Project: Once the permit is transferred to Grady Inc., the project <br />will be managed by Grady Inc. who is obligated to maintain compliance with all <br />aspects of the permit. All individuals involved with the project will ensure that <br />on-site personnel are trained on the appropriate BMP's for the site. Additionally, <br />the Grady Inc. site manager will be inspecting the site on a daily basis. <br />a. Pollution Prevention Team. Grady Inc., CalPortland's construction <br />contractor, has primary responsibility for implementation of and <br />adherence to the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan and the terms of <br />the General Permit. Additionally, Grady Inc. will have the construction <br />stormwater permit transferred to their total responsibility by 12/31/ 13 in <br />advance of the start of this project. Grady's responsibility includes <br />notifying CalPortland's Washington Division Environmental Manager of a <br />change or incident that may affect stormwater at the site. Until permit <br />transfer is completed, the Environmental Manager will be responsible for <br />making appropriate modifications to the SWPPP and related plans <br />(Erosion and Sediment Control Plan and Emergency Spill Response Plan <br />and he may be reached at (206) 764-3021. <br />C: Spill Prevention, Response, and Clean Up. CalPortland has prepared an <br />Emergency Spill Response Plan for the North and South Parcel Fill Project. This plan is <br />attached and incorporated by reference into this overall SWPPP. <br />D: Erosion and Sediment Control. CalPortland has prepared an Erosion and <br />Sediment Control Plan to minimize erosion and the transport of sediments from the <br />site. This plan is attached and incorporated by reference into this overall SWPPP. <br />E: Stormwater Insvections <br />Stormwater at the site is inspected to confirm that the Best Management Practices <br />adopted are effective in preventing stormwater pollution. The inspections are done by <br />a certiiied CESCL specialist on a weekly basis or a daily basis following greater than <br />0.5" of rainfall. The inspection frequency is regulated by condition S4.B.2 of <br />Stormwater construction general permit. <br />The inspection frequency will be reduced to monthly (per condition S4.B.2 ) when the <br />site is inactive and stabilized. Inactive/Stabilized will be defined as the following: <br />A. The site is not receiving fill iiiaterial <br />B. All equipment on the site has been removed <br />C. The entrance gate is locked <br />D. Tlle site has been llydroseeded for at least one week. <br />F: Monitorin� Requirements: <br />
