Please review and <br />respond to the comments below. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of construction <br />documents reflecting the corrections requested. Please include a response letter <br />which indicates how the corrections were resolved. <br />General <br />1. All drawings submitted should show the required information on a partial site plan <br />dimensioned to show landscaping to remain, sidewalks to the main entry, new paving, <br />existing paving to remain. <br />2. Please revise submitted drawings to be similar to each other. Some of the drawings <br />have different locations of the accessible route shown. <br />a. The minimum requirements include lot lines, planting to remain, location of the <br />exterior building walls relative to the parking area. <br />3. A schematic layout of the minimum required dimensions is attached for your reference. <br />Construction <br />1. The accessible route to the building entry door should be shown on the drawings. <br />2. The vehicle space markings should be dimensioned on the drawings, per ICC A117.1- <br />2009 section 502.3. <br />a. The parking area width is dimensioned at 50 feet on one drawing and 51 feet on <br />another drawing. <br />b. The individual parking spaces and minimum drive aisle width for the accessible <br />space should be dimensioned to add up to the total width. <br />
