Andy Hall
Steve Fox:

That's really all I have. Does anybody have any questions?
Are the panels with the names extending off the brick as the picture shows?
Andy Hall: Yes. This is concrete in the back, and the brick veneer is four inches or so. These panels
are bolted into the concrete, and the panels stick out a little bit to make them more noticeable. We
needed to make the panels longer to make the letters big enough, but we didn't want to take the brick all
the way out to the end because then it starts to look heavier and heavier.
Allan White: How thick is monument part of the sign between the panels on the two sides?
Andy Hall
Mark Soine
It is only about six inches in between.
Are you going to have spotlights on it at night?
Andy Hall: No, we won't have any lights.
Allan White: And the coloring you were saying could be black?
Andy Hall: Yes, either black with the stainless steel showing through in the letters, or stainless steel
with black letters.
William Vincent: And you are able to match the color of the brick, too?
Andy Hall: Yes, we have some left over from when we worked on the porte-cochere
Paul-Erick Johnson: And that matches the building?
Andy Hall: Yes.
Paul-Erick Johnson: Excellent.
Dale Good: That would be your greatest challenge, matching the brick. If you already have it, that is
good.
Andy Hall: Yes, I hope we have enough brick. That's another reason to minimize the size of the
sign. There really aren't that many bricks.
Steve Fox: Can you show the picture of the whole building again, please? I walked by before this
meeting. The porte-cochere, do you plan to window that in later?
Andy Hall: Yes, we actually have these windows down in our basement. When the economy went
down, we delayed completing this project. But we certainly plan on finishing that.
Dale Good: That would be part of your office space then, right?
Andy Hall: Yes. Our whole office is on the first floor. The porte-cochere would be another
conference room. There is an attorney and an insurance company office on the second floor, then we
have half the basement and the other half is occupied by a toy maker. The third story is unoccupied.
