DECISION: The proposal is approved as subm�itted subject to compliance with all city, <br />state and Federal regulations. The following conditions shall apply: <br />1. A sign pernlit must be obtained from the Everett Permit Services Division. A copy of <br />this decision should be submitted with the sign permit application. <br />2. The sign submitted for sign permit shall be consistent with the design and <br />specifications as shown in the application. Any cl�anges to the design, location, size <br />or materials will require further review by the City. <br />3. Landscaping three feet in width shall be installed around the base of the sign. <br />Landscaping shall consist of shrubs and groundcover. <br />The Planning Director's decision may be appealed.
