ARTICLE 14 - CALL BACK PAY <br /> Bargaining unit employees are subject to being called back to work for an emergency. <br /> Employees called back for emergencies shall be paid in accordance with Article 13 for a <br /> minimum of two (2) hours plus actual hours worked excluding travel time. <br /> For the purposes of this Article only, the word "emergency" shall be defined to mean those <br /> incidents which arise without advance notice which endanger life and property where <br /> supplemental off-duty personnel are required by the employer. <br /> 19 <br />
