ARTICLE 31 - NEGOTIATION PROCEDURES <br /> The City agrees to meet with the Union on the first Monday in June for the purpose of <br /> negotiating wages and fringe benefits for the Union members covered by this contract. At this <br /> first meeting the parties will exchange both a list of articles to be opened as well as proposed <br /> language changes for each article opened and proposed language for any new article. It is <br /> understood and agreed upon by the parties that this process will not waive any of the rights of <br /> any of the parties. All negotiation meeting dates shall be mutually agreed upon. It is <br /> understood and agreed that only those articles or new subjects brought to the table at the initial <br /> exchange are open to discussion during negotiations, unless it is mutually agreed that other <br /> items should be added during the course of negotiations. <br /> 41 <br />
