April 15, 2015 <br /> PUBLIC HEARING — RESOLUTION/TRANSFER OF UTILITIES <br /> This item, to adopt a proposed resolution for the surplus and transfer of a <br /> portion of utilities-owned real property to Burlington Northern Santa Fe <br /> Railway Company, was pulled from the agenda. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> RFQ — POLICE DEPARTMENT EFFICIENCY ASSESSMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to authorize RFQ 2015-037 for a Police Department <br /> Efficiency Assessment in the form substantially provided. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Bader who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — TRANSFER OF EQUIPMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson, to authorize the Mayor or his designee to sign all necessary <br /> documents to accept the transfer of equipment from the Snohomish <br /> County Department of Emergency Management to outfit officers <br /> assigned to the Snohomish County Allied Law Enforcement <br /> Response Team (ALERT). <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Bader who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 103 <br />
