April 22, 2015 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 12:30 p.m., April 22, 2015, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. <br /> Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Bader presiding. Upon roll call <br /> it was found that Mayor Stephanson and Council Members Roberts, <br /> Murphy, Bader, Gipson, and Tuohy were present. Council Members <br /> Stonecipher and Moore were excused. <br /> Council Member Murphy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the April 15, 2015, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. Council Member Bader abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> OATH <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson, to concur with the appointment of Stephan Spaeth as a new <br /> police officer. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Moore and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The City Clerk administered the oath of office and Mayor Stephanson <br /> presented Officer Spaeth with his badge. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy and seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to request staff prepare an interlocal loan agreement between the <br /> City of Everett and the Public Facilities District for the purpose of securing <br /> a new PFD scoreboard. Council Member Murphy requested that a draft <br /> agreement be presented for Council consideration next week. <br /> 110 <br />
