April 22, 2015 <br /> Debra Bryant, CAO/CFO, stated she would work with the City Attorney's <br /> office to prepare a draft agreement for placement on next week's agenda. <br /> Council Member Tuohy provided a liaison report from the Library Board <br /> meeting that she attended last evening. <br /> Council Member Bader provided a liaison report on his attendance at the <br /> Valley View Neighborhood meeting last night. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles requested an executive session, anticipated to last no <br /> more than 30 minutes, concerning two real estate matters pursuant to <br /> RCW 42.30.110(1)(c) with no announcement to follow. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Michael Swanson, Everett, spoke about the issue of panhandling and <br /> encouraged council members to support the recommendations provided <br /> by the Community Streets Initiative Task Force. <br /> Victor Harris, Everett, asked if Council Member Murphy's request <br /> regarding a PFD scoreboard would require a public hearing. <br /> Council President Bader stated there would be no public hearing for this <br /> agenda item; however, it would be placed on the agenda as a briefing <br /> item and scheduled for action at a second meeting at which time the <br /> public would be given an opportunity to comment. <br /> 111 <br />
