Specifically, the agreement provides for the design of water main replacements benefiting the Silver Lake Water District, for which the district will reimburse the City a total of $31,000.00. The Silver Lake Water District will separately contract with WSDOT for the construction of the main replacements. RECOMMENDATION: (Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign the Memorandum of Agreement with Silver Lake Water District for the design of the water main replacements, required as part of the SR 527 Roadway Widening Project (112`h Street S.E. to 132nd Street S.E.).
