Amendment No. 1 to that agreement, dated 6/26/03, <br /> adjusted the animal process fee charged Snohomish County to $60.00. <br /> The attached agreement is for a three-year period, expiring on December 31, 2005. This agreement <br /> allows for the fee to be adjusted on January 1s` of each year. Either party may terminate the agreement on <br /> thirty-days written notice. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign an Animal Control and Licensing Services Interlocal Agreement with <br /> Snohomish County. <br /> 6 <br />
